We Filipinos are faced with a great crisis. We live with the
basic needs so that we can live comfortably. Every year, the problem is still
worsening in a country that is not resolved by poverty. One of the main reasons
is the corrupt government officials. They steal our country's funds or funds
for the prosperity of the Filipino people, the public funds of to their pockets of
officers, so we feel taken advantage. Another reason is the absence of job opportunities
along with a series of ups and downs. How can we experience a peaceful
lifestyle if the basic necessities still can not be financed? Another cause of
poverty is the laziness and mismanagement of Filipinos. Laziness leads to the
causes of people's misery. They have no chance to look for possible ways to lift their lives from the poverty they enjoy. Opportunities are ignored
because people are content with their lifelong lifestyle. Do we still need to
live a life of prayer? Why can not we not leave poverty? Are we going to change the
way we live?
Such examples are just a few of the thoughts I can share
with you. These are just a few of the major causes of poverty in our country.
What are we waiting for? Will the poverty that we are experiencing will
continue to worsen? Why do not we act? Let us strive early to polish our lives!
